Help!

We're confident you'll find our web-site easy to use.  But if you're finding it difficult to upload your pictures here's some helpful tips...

1. If your photos won't upload to the web-site, it may be that they're too big and you need to reduce the size.  

2. Any photo you upload should be no more than 72 dpi (dots per inch).  If it's bigger, you'll need to use photo editing software - such as Adobe photoshop or Serif to reduce the image size.  (You can down-load some software for free from the internet).

3.  The better the quality of photo you use on our products, the better they will look - if you enlarge your image and it appears 'grainy' on your computer screen, it will probably appear 'grainy' on the printed product.
